Reuse Modular Content Across Articles with Knowledge Blocks

Knowledge Blocks are reusable content units (a disclaimer, an address) created once and inserted into any article as a managed, read-only block; publishing a new version of a block updates every article that uses it, with full version history. Turn on Knowledge Blocks on the Enhanced Knowledge Settings page in Setup. Requires the Salesforce Knowledge add-on license.
