Reduce Storage Bloat and Keep Records Clear by Deleting Outdated Case Milestones
Case milestones can now be deleted in bulk via Data Loader or programmatically via Apex to reclaim storage from outdated milestone records, for example after a case is reclassified. Previously milestone records accumulated with no supported delete path.
