The redesigned List Sends experience in Salesforce Foundations sends promotional, transactional, or relational email to Contact and Lead lists immediately, removing the extra processing step the previous flow required. Message configuration and audience selection now sit on a single page. Available in supported Foundations editions since mid-August 2026.
