Exert Greater Control over Manual Review of Engagement Agent Emails
You can now choose which Engagement (Lead Nurturing) agent emails require manual review before sending: review all emails, only initial outreach emails, or use a custom flow to select emails by record criteria. Turn on Require Manual Approval in the agent setup.
