Defer Sharing Calculations for Bulk Unified Employee License Updates
Before a bulk user creation for the Unified Employee License, or before updating sharing rules that affect the All Restricted Employee User group, suspend automatic sharing rule calculations so the update completes before Salesforce recalculates access for every affected record, then resume them.
