Prevent Duplicate Articles with Knowledge Similarity
Knowledge Similarity surfaces matching articles with a percentage similarity score while authors draft, so they can reuse or update an existing article instead of creating a duplicate. Turn it on from the AI Knowledge Settings page in Setup and connect it to an Agentforce Data Library. Requires the Knowledge add-on license.
