Expand Field Type Compatibility for Copy Field Enrichments

Copy Field Enrichments now maps between more field types, such as Number to Text or Integer to Percent, using standard Salesforce API casting instead of requiring an exact source-to-target type match. This removes the common workaround of building intermediate formula fields just to convert types. The Target Field dropdown lists every CRM field compatible with the selected Data Cloud source type; an empty source value clears the target rather than applying its default, and character-length limits still apply.
