Measure Shopper Agent Analytics with Agentforce Commerce Client
You can now track agent-influenced orders, conversion rate, and average order value for the B2C Shopper Agent across an SFRA storefront and compare against site-wide baselines in Business Manager Reports & Dashboards. Analytics now come from the Agentforce Commerce Client, delivered by the new plugin_commerce_client cartridge, which replaces the retired plugin_shopper_agent cartridge, so install or redeploy the latest cartridge from the Salesforce CommerceCloud repo.
