Run Business Rules Engine Logic in Agentforce
Activated expression sets and decision tables can be added as API reference actions in Agentforce Studio, so agents run eligibility checks, calculations, and other business logic during a conversation with consistent, rule-based answers. Only activated expression sets built without a context definition are available as actions. Available where Business Rules Engine and Agentforce are enabled.
