Process Multiple Outcomes from Decision Tables in Expression Sets

Standard expression sets can now consume decision tables that return multiple outputs from one input, even in orgs without Context Service; previously only context-definition expression sets could process multiple matching results. Add a Lookup Table step, select a multi-output decision table, and turn on the option to process multiple outputs when mapping variables.
