Uncover More Relationships by Choosing Which CRM Objects to Search
AI Relationship Research templates can now be configured to search custom CRM objects in addition to standard ones like Interaction Summary, Task, Email Message, and Case, so relationships hidden in your custom data are surfaced. Add a custom object to the configuration, pick its searched fields, and define its relationship path to the anchor object by relationship name. Requires an AI Relationship Research license, a provisioned Data 360 org, and Einstein Generative AI, plus the AI Relationship Research Admin and User permission sets.
