Track SMS Flow and Engagement Metrics in Flow Builder
The Analytics tab on an active SMS flow now shows run metrics (total runs, average duration, success-vs-error) for the Send SMS Message element plus engagement metrics (SMS sends, delivery rate, click-through rate, opt-out rate), without leaving Flow Builder. Requires the SMS add-on.
