The Worker Shift Agent returns assigned shift details for a requested time period and the Scheduling Agent reassigns shifts from natural-language requests, with confirmation, clarification for ambiguous requests, and protection against scheduling conflicts. Requires the Workforce Engagement Agent permission set and the Workforce Management add-on.
