Meeting Follow-Ups, Voice Notes, and Hybrid Audio Processing in the Salesforce Mobile App
The Salesforce mobile app adds AI-suggested next steps on the event record after a meeting transcript is available; Post-Meeting Voice Notes, a single-user recording (no consent workflow) transcribed on-device and synced to Einstein Conversation Insights; and hybrid Cloud plus On-Device audio processing for the In-Person Meeting Assistant and Voice Notes that falls back to on-device transcription when connectivity drops. Requires Einstein Conversation Insights access.
