Create Knowledge Articles from Any Record with Custom Prompt Templates
Einstein Knowledge Creation can now draft articles from any record (cases, incidents, work orders) using multiple custom prompt templates built in Prompt Builder with plain-language instructions and merge fields, instead of a single case/messaging-only template. Reps pick a template and create articles from a record or conversationally via Agentforce. Turn on Einstein Knowledge Creation and Prompt Builder Template in Setup, then build a Knowledge Generation template in Prompt Builder.
