Preview Media Label Audio Before Publishing Your IVR Flow
You can now preview the audio for a media-label prompt directly from the Play Prompt configuration in Flow Builder, the same way text-to-speech prompts are previewed, instead of publishing and testing the whole IVR flow. Configure a Play Prompt action with a media label as the source and click Preview.
