Enable Field History Tracking for Users (Generally Available)
User field history tracking is now generally available: track up to 20 fields on the User object to log UI, bulk, Apex, and API changes with old and new values, timestamp, and who made the change, and report on the results. Enable it in Setup > User Management Settings, then configure fields on the Field History Tracking Setup page.
