Use Setup with Agentforce to Manage Contact Center Users
Setup with Agentforce lets you add or remove contact center users and set up quick connect configurations by chatting with an AI agent instead of navigating Setup menus. Requires the EinsteinGPTPlatformAddOn and AgentforceBuilderAddon licenses, the OrgPermissions.AgentforceSetupV2 org permission set, and the Use Setup with Agentforce user permission set. Beta.
